Refund and Cancellation Policy
For Students
Eligibility for Refund
Students are entitled to a refund of tuition fees paid to our platform under the following conditions:
- Direct Payment: The student has made the payment directly to our company account.
- Management Responsibility: Our management is accountable for any losses incurred due to our errors.
- Tutor Accountability: Tutors provided by us are responsible for any mistakes or losses. In such cases, we will refund the tuition fee only if we have received the payment from the student/parent.
No Refund for Direct Payments to Tutors
Our management will not be liable for refunds of tuition fees paid directly to the tutor.
For Tutors
Membership Plans
Refund Eligibility
Tutors are eligible for a refund of the subscription plan amount under the following conditions:
- Management Error: Our management is responsible for any mistakes or losses.
- Zero Leads: Tutors have received zero leads from us during the subscription period.
Refund Request Timeline
Tutors can request a refund only after 45 days of purchasing the subscription plan.
Ineligibility for Refund
Tutors are not eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Unused Leads: Leads are available on their dashboard, but the tutor is not utilizing them.
- Budget Issues: Tutors experience budget constraints, as we do not guarantee tuition budgets for leads.
- Cancellation Requests: Tutors request cancellation due to personal reasons (e.g., location change, job change, or change of mind).
- Inability to Convert Leads: Tutors are unable to convert leads due to various reasons (e.g., tutor quality, distance, or budget).
- Fraudulent Activity: We detect fraudulent activity, violation of guidelines, or misbehaviour by the tutor. In such cases, the tutor's account will be permanently suspended or banned.
